• 1.3 User Content: By submitting a listing, you grant anewprettycity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.
• 1.4 Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your listing. anewprettycity does not guarantee the accuracy of listings.
• 1.5 Removal of Listings: anewprettycity may remove any listing that violates these Terms, is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate, or for any other reason deemed necessary by anewprettycity, according to louispretorius.com. 

2. Non-refundable payments

• 2.1 Listing Fees: Fees for directory listings, if applicable, are specified on the anewprettycity website.
• 2.2 Payment Terms: All payments for directory listings are billed in advance for the selected listing period and are non-refundable, according to Ideal Directories.
• 2.3 No Refunds: Under no circumstances will anewprettycity issue refunds or credits for partial use of the Service or for periods in which a listing remains active but is not utilized, according to Business Directory Plugin. 

3. General terms

• 3.1 Limitation of Liability: anewprettycity will not be liable for any errors or omissions in directory listings or for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• 3.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: anewprettycity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, according to contractscounsel.com.
